Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

We are seeking a full-time, reliable, and caring Nanny to support us in our home, starting in August 2021 in Exeter Ontario. A little bit about us: - We have three daughters (in August they will be 7 years, 4.5 years, 11 months old) - We (husband and wife) are working professionals, and work from our home offices. We generally work between 9 am and 5 pm but often work and keep busy outside of these hours as well - We are a high energy, active, busy family. We're super tight and close, full of love. We like to have a lot of fun! A little bit about the job: - This is a full-time position with a flexible start date between August 1st and September 15th. - Typical hours are Monday through Friday between 8am and 6pm but may require evenings and weekends, as needed and available - Average of 40 hours per week Two weeks off in the summer and one week off at the end of December - Hourly rate of $20 Tasks include: - Supervising and engaging with children in the home - Facilitating activities and outings like swimming, parks, library trips, etc. (walking distance or at the home) - Light to moderate cleaning, organizing, and tidying duties (daily house upkeep) - Meal preparation - Providing a consistent and disciplined yet fun environment - Ensuring a safe and healthy environment You might be a great fit for this role if: - You adore caring for and interacting with young children - You are reliable and trustworthy - You are flexible and adaptable - You are organized and diligent and can add order to chaos - You enjoy multitasking and keeping busy - You enjoy playing and engaging with kids - You are confident in maintaining a safe and healthy environment - You are certified in first aid (or can become) - You are tobacco non-smoking - You are vaccinated for Covid and all other viruses where possible - You are diligent in following recommendations of Canadian Health Officials - You will provide police clearance check To Apply, please provide the following information: - Why are you interested in this position? - What do you enjoy the most about caring for children? - Please send an outline of your experience, available start date, and anything else about you that you would like us to know!
