Nanny in Winnipeg, Manitoba

I am currently working as a nanny for three school aged boys.. I have a very good experience with them and I love taking care of them, they are all like my nephews.. They are easy to manage and well disciplined. We get along pretty well.. and the good thing is, each cooperate and make compromise. And the thing is rules in the house should be followed. There were problems at times that occurred which is just normal, but we usually settle it. and the important thing is they know the right thing to do or to be done. I am a Filipina ..and workaholic and flexible in terms of assigned work. Hope to hear from anyone of you.. I am taking care of three boys, and my dealing with them is all well, seldom had rough times, but they are all manageable.
