My Co-Head councilor and I worked effectively together and separately to give each camper the attention they needed. • Demonstrated effective teaching abilities and techniques: • I had consistent success when working with novice campers to help them overcome their nervousness around horses and develop them into riders who could easily coax their mount from a walk to a trot as well as from a trot a canter safely. Many campers had little horseback riding experience.
