I am a positive, caring, dedicated, and passionate Child Development Assistant and hold a two year diploma in Child and Youth Care. I\'ve gained lots of experience working with children and am sensitive to each child individual needs. Seeing the family unit as a whole, and not just the individual is very important to me as I show empathy in trying to understand children, youth, and their families.
