About Me: I have recently graduated from the Child and Youth Care (CYC) program at Algonquin College. Through my college program I was able to gain experience in school's and private sector organizations working with children of all ages and developmental stages. I have also worked at a Daycare for the past 4 years and have had the opportunity to learn a lot about providing care and promoting development in children. My location: I am located in the south-end of Ottawa however I have my own car and therefore transportation is not an issue and can be great for errands to help you or help with your children's routines. My expertise: As stated above, I recently graduated from the 3-year CYC program at Algonquin College with honours. Therefore, I have extensive knowledge of child development, creating individualized programming and the importance of playing with kids to promote development. I am happy to read, play outside, make kids meals, go to play groups, etc. Although I am not fluent in French, I am fluent in Spanish which can be lots of fun for the kids. I am flexible and adaptable for how I can best fit the needs of your family! Starting availability: As of September I will be available full time during the week. Weekends can be discussed depending on needs.
