Nanny Job in Oakville, Ontario

I am a mom of 3 boys,ages 12,and 2 that are 9. Two years ago my husband had a stroke which left him without speech..... are a very caring family,we have had 2 nannys over the past 10 years.Our first nanny stayed for almost 8 years and our 2nd will be staying with us for 2 1/2. I would preferably like a nanny that drives,I will supply the car and insurance. Our future nanny must have a kind heart,patient,and organized. Our nanny must want to be a member of a family because we make her apart of ours. I work in retail only 10 minutes from my home but I work shift work which is 2 evenings a week and every other weekend. You will work 5 days a week.I will pay for 40-45 hours a week,and I pay for 3 weeks holidays,I do not pay overtime. Start date is August 1st.
