Nanny Job in Scarborough, Ontario

My name is Meena, and I am looking for someone to take care of my 82-year-old mother, who has congestive heart failure, diabetes, kidney problems. She needs help with meals, cooking, washing dishes, cleaning, giving medication, companionship. She had a heart attack in October, and then renal failure, so she has been in the hospital a lot recently. She is mobile and uses a walker, and is currently in the hospital for in-patient rehab. I am looking for someone to help once she is discharged and comes home.
