Nanny in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hi parents, My name is Irma López . I have been a nanny for the last 8 years in the Greater Vancouver area. I am currently on maternity leave with my first child. Starting in September 2020 I will be back to work and I am looking for another family in need of childcare. The position would be from my home, close to Gilmore station in Burnaby. I hope we can find a new partner in crime who will be the same age as my son (11 months in September) or close to his age. Looking preferably for full time hours from Monday to Friday. As I mentioned I have previous experience taking care of children of all ages and I am active in the childcare community. I am non-smoking and non-drinking and I have my own vehicle to travel. I am certified in: Emergency Child Care First Aid & CPR Responsible Adult Criminal record check I regularly go out to the Park, Community Centre, Strong Start, Science World, and the Library to get fresh air, exercise, and have social interactions with the children. The activities and classes that I used to take were: story time, arts, songs, and baby sign language. I would be looking to continue with this in September, as I like to interact and play with the children. All of these activities will depend on the new restrictions around COVID 19; however my home is also facing a beautiful and safe park for outdoor time. I consider myself as a fun-loving, responsible, and active person. I speak fluent English and Spanish and have had positive feedback from parents in the past at the opportunity to offer Spanish.
