Nanny Job in Chilliwack, British Columbia

Nice to meet you! My name is Kristi. We are currently looking for a nanny and household help. I am a midwife and my husband is a doctor. We live on Elk View Road just a few minutes from Prest Road. We have 6 kids ages 8-16. The younger ones need after school help (especially with their homework practice). We have previously had live-in au pairs that have also helped with a few household chores and meal prep. Does this sound like something you might be interested in? More than anything since we are a family that live far from our extended family, we are kinda hoping and praying for someone that will let us love them and love us in return. Our kids don't have grandparents or aunts and uncles in their lives as they live far away or have passed on. We are looking for minimum 8-10 hours per week (after school from 2:15 to 4:15) . We are flexible on our requirements/needs. If you wanted, you could increase working hours by doing a few more household chores for us and we would be open to a relationship where you felt comfortable staying for a meal. The other thing we may occasionally need is care for a child who might need to stay home from school. Last year it happened about 3 times that a child under 10 stayed home and needed care from someone present... so not very often. :) We would be open to meeting you and showing you our home.
