Nanny Job in Lake Country, British Columbia

What we’re looking for: A long term full time nanny, could be live in or live out. Would also entertain two part time roles. We have a blended family of four girls. Aging from 13 oldest to 2 years old is my youngest. My two little girls aged 4 and 2years old need full time care starting nov. The other girls join us once a month for a long weekends travelling from Calgary. Or we go there. Travel back and forth to Calgary occurs from time to time. Hours would be 10-12 hour days. 7am-5:30pm ideal hours but some days may need longer as my husband will be in Calgary. We are also discussing two part time roles. So hours could be 6-8 hours if that was more Preferred. Split a morning shift and afternoon. Would even like a live in position. You would have your own house next to ours. Which allows space at the end of the day, but has you close for days needing longer hours. Looking for someone who has worked with toddlers in the past. Has education around behaviour correction techniques helping kids be heard and allow them to express feelings but holding boundaries. Teaching Montessori concepts is very important to us. We want the kids to be well socialized and run a consistent schedule with lots of activity added to days. We are outside people. Want them outdoors 70% of day. Learning and development around pre k is also important to include daily. My 4 year old attends Montessori school 3 days a week half days. Summer I love the girls to hike, swim, paddle board, boat, go to the beach, as many adventures as possible is what makes me happy. We have had Nannie’s work with us for 13 years now.
