Nanny Job in Edmonton, Alberta

About our family: We are a loving, flexible and open-minded family of four, with 2 children aged 1.5 and 6 years. Mom and dad both work at home, but we are very laid back and respect the nanny’s authority and space when working. Our kids are energetic and love to play! Our big kiddo is very chatty and loves to learn and do science experiments, and the littlest likes to walk around and get into everything she can get her hands on. She’s very cute so we don’t mind. Our oldest son is gifted and has a few mental health issues, so we are looking for someone who is patient and can engage with him as he loves to learn and explore the world. He loves science, arts/crafts, playing instruments, minecraft, and lego. We are looking for a part time caregiver for our two children, starting in April. 3 days a week, 8 hours a day. We are flexible on days and time. As the big kiddo is in school, you will mostly be hanging out with the 18 month old. We are looking for a caregiver who is patient, hands-on, can do some light meal prep for the kids, and potentially do school drop offs and pick ups occasionally. Someone who would also be up for occasional babysitting in the evenings or on weekends (for when COVID is over) would be ideal! We take COVID very seriously, and are trying to keep our bubble as small as possible.
