Nanny Job in Chilliwack, British Columbia

Hi, I am looking for a part-time in-home childcare provider for afterschool care for a 5 and 7 year old. Hours would be 2:30 to 4:30-5 M-F. Start date would be September 2018, with possibility of some full days over the summer. Or if a good fit is made, an earlier start date could be considered. About us: We are a family of four with two working parents (one parent often works from home). There are no pets in the home and our children have many neighbourhood friends. We live in Sardis within walking distance to several neighbourhood parks and very close to our neighbourhood school. Duties: Pick children up from school and walk home with them (2 blocks), prepare a snack, oversee homework or play with kids. No need for meal prep or housekeeping. Our kids are active an often play outside with neighbourhood kids. Qualifications: We'd prefer someone with an ECE or EA qualification or perhaps a nursing or education student looking for part-time work. First aid, references and clean criminal record check a must. Pay: Negotiable based on qualifications. Notes: We are looking for someone reliable and who can commit to working with our family long term (at least through the school year).
