Hi there!! My name is Pam and I am looking to get back into more one on one care with an individualised family. I have worked in a large group facility for 5 years and have learned alot from managing the facility. I would like to provide care based on the foundation of communication with the family. I gravitate to families who are naturalists, eco friendly, enjoy lots of outside time, gernerally laid back but allow to provide a variety of experiences.
