I have been told children relate very well to me by each family for whom I have been a Nanny/Household Manager/Care-giver, and have a professional Nanny resume, several references, and 2 letters of reference (provided at interview). The kids treat me as if we're related so-to-speak, and I think it is fantastic we are able to develop this type of rapport and bond, in lieu of their parent's absence. I love interacting with them, and being apart of their development and growth.
