Hi there, My name is Jillian, and I’m 28 years old. Working with and caring for children very much appeals to me. I strongly believe that investing in the well-being of today\'s youth can only benefit them and others, as they are the future’s adults. UPDATE: I have obtained my Early Childhood Education diploma, have worked with and supported a range of children, have traveled to India to work with children there (2016) and am a large supporter of diversity and inclusion. I am also currently continuing my educational path as a student at MacEwan University. I have much experience with babysitting, and now recently a solid amount of experience nannying two little boys (aged 2-3 and 5-6)within the last year. I seem to have a unique ability when it comes to connecting with people. I also volunteered with Big Brothers and Big Sisters the year before last, and got to spend an hour each week with a 9 year old girl from Ghana and help her improve her English through reading. I am currently working towards my ECE diploma at George Brown. I am genuinely interested in learning from all peoples various experiences and gaining what knowledge or alternate points of view I can from them. I am very much a writer, and also find myself drawn to artistic pursuits. I am easygoing and willing to learn all that is needed to do this job to the best of my ability.
