Hi there, My name is Aibrielle. I am a Child and Youth Worker with a wide variety of experience. To begin with, I completed the Child and Youth Worker Program at Durham College, where I was awarded the Durham Region Chairman’s Award for academic excellence in my program. I am currently employed with Enterphase Child and Family Services as a Child and Youth worker in a Grove school working with students with significant behavioural needs and mental health issues. I have previously been employed as a program and activity leader at the Northview Boys and Girls Club of Durham. I have also been employed at Helping Hands Daycare as a teacher’s assistant. As well, my primary work experience during the CYW program was a two year placement at Kedron Public School as an Educational Assistant in the Grade 2/3 class, working primarily with children with academic and behavioural needs. I also have experience volunteering at Windreach Farm helping with the therapeutic riding program and giving public tours. I also served as a camp leader for three summers and worked as a swimming instructor and lifeguard. All of these opportunities have provided me with valuable experience. I love working with children and I have a passion for working with children with special needs. I\'ve had a lot of training and experience in this area.
