Hi there! My name is Natalie and I am 22 years of age. I love to laugh and have fun but I am very interested in development of toddlers. I think children learn best from a good example, and I try to be the best that I can :) I love to try new crafts, read stories, play imaginary games and be active. It\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s important to be a good role model but also to be a good friend. Finding the balance between being the fun lady who comes to play and the person you count on to handle all of the less appealing tasks associated with childcare is something that I work on every day. I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'d love to work with a family who\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s values match my own to build a great relationship which benefits everyone :D I recently spent four months in Ireland as an Au Pair for two children aged 2 and 6. I prepared breakfast for both children, drove the eldest to school, and organized activities for the toddler and I (Gymboree, play dates, crafts, trips to the park/ outdoor adventures etc). Prior to this I have spent a lot of time caring for children on a more casual basis.
