Kasri Handayani The only way to do great work is to love what I do Hi, Ms/ Mr. My name is Yani. I am from Indonesia. I grew up in a small village called Ponorogo. I lived with my family. In my family, there is my mom, my dad and four siblings. I help my mom at home on our farm. We grew rice, corn and soybeans. The whole family worked on the farm. In 2013, I decided to move to Canada. I thought I could have a better future in Canada. I landed in Vancouver BC on Jan 27th, 2013. Currently, I live in Richmond currently I’m looking for a job that I passion on which is becoming a babysitter. I can speak different languages such as Bahasa which is my mother tongue, English as my second language and Mandarin. I’m learning my English from watching the movie and speak a lot with other people around the world through the internet, I improve my English by taking ESL class at VCC college. About my Mandarin, I learn when I was working in Taiwan 8 years ago. I did travel with my previous family that I working with, we went camping at Mayne Island for 1 week, Nettle Farm Oliver BC, Whistler, Sun peak resort. I went to travel by myself to Seattle and California to visit my friend who lives there. My excel at cooking and make the kids that I look after happy, safe and healthy. I start my nannying job in 2013 which is when I first time came to Canada till now and I love my job as a Nanny stay around the kids they give me good and positive vibes. Ages of children that I dealt with a newborn – 12 months, 2 years olds,3 years old,4 years old,5 years old, 6 years old, 7 up to 11 years old. I’m looking for respect and fun family. I took emergency First Aid / AED level A in 2017, Emergency First Aid childcare recently, food safety training recently and I do some child care volunteers in bell stadium at Surrey. I’m valuable to family because I said that I’m respectful and discipline worker. Kind of quality that I bring to family is respect everyone they will respect you back. My special skill is good in riding bike cooking and make kids happy . My personality fantastic because I am energetic person love to stay busy. Anyway I’m ok with light cleaning of some house chores, usually without any instructions I will do it myself while the kids happy playing in safe spot or while the kids napping.
