Hi my name is Robin! I am a Social Service Worker graduate and I have recently completed the Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) course and I am working in the medic field. I am very eager to get back to doing what I love, which is working with kids! I have a very enthusiastic and energetic personality that children often gravitate towards. The fast pace environment that comes with the territory is always an exciting challenge for me. Some duties I have encountered throughout my years of Nanny work and Babysitting are; craft and game planning, nurturing, meal planning, getting kids ready for school, assisting with homework, feeding, bedtime routines, laughing, having fun and always ensuring good behaviour! My SSW schooling has provided me with both an education and experience with children of all ages. I have been given the opportunity in the school system to do character building with some older students and classroom prep and lessons with some younger students. I come from a large extended family and growing up I cared a lot for new born and toddlers. I truly admire every stage that children go through while growing up. I have worked with all ages from new born to teens and am very comfortable adapting to all ages. I have experience caring for children by nurturing, cooking, feeding, entertaining, maintaining an orderly environment, and taking on house hold duties that accompany kids! My schooling has also offered me the skills and knowledge to deal with different behaviours and develop structural behaviour plans to build positive character.
