Nanny in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Hi! My name is Melissa and I am interested in a full time summer job as a nanny! I am currently finishing up my Educational Assistant certificate at a local college. During this time I\'ve learnt a lot about managing behaviour, learning styles, and working with those who have exceptionalities. Child development is something that interests me, and I would love to have the oppurtunity to get more experience. I love working with children and making a difference in their lives. As a youth I baby sat often for family friends and relatives. My duties included feeding, diaper changing, playing with the children and keeping them busy. It was on a casual part time basis. I also volunteer at my church's childrens program. I led a small group of girls ages 8-10 for about a 3 month period. My duties included facilitating small discussions and managing behaviours.
