Hi! My name is Lisa. I am fun, friendly, responsible, and I love working with kids! I have many years of experience working with children of various ages (as a babysitter, camp counsellor, and ESL/drama instructor), so I have tons of fun idea to keep your kids entertained! I\'m also certified in First Aid/CPR, so you can be confident that you\'re leaving your kids in good hands. I\'m currently completing a college diploma (to complement my university education), so I am mostly available evenings, weekends and holidays. Please don\'t hesitate to get in touch with me! Before moving to Toronto, I worked as director of youth programs for a community theatre for two years. I led fun theatre games and workshops for groups of students (ages 10-13 and 14-18). Before that, I worked as an ESL assistant at an elementary school in Quebec City. I helped students from kindergarten-grade 6 improve their English skills through games, songs and other fun activities, as well as supervising groups of students during lunch hour. I spent the summer in Quebec as a babysitter/English tutor for a family with two children (ages 5 and 7). We played games and sports, went swimming, and did crafts and other activities. I also assisted with meal preparation and light housework. I\\\'ve also spent five summers as a residential camp counsellor at ESL camps for international students (1 summer in Montreal with students ages 6 and up, and four summers in Newmarket with students ages 11 and up). I also volunteer for education-related programs in my spare time.
