Hi, My name is Kaitlin Connell, I\'m 20 years old, with 4 years work experience with children ages 4-13. I\'m a hard worker, and currently looking for full time employment with a family who will treat me as family. I love children, and starting in September will be doing online courses for ECE (Early Childhood Education). I have also had many jobs babysitting for neighbours with up to 4 children all under the age of 11. I love to read with the kids, sing, cook and bake with the kids, and will work hard to prove I\'m there to help. I will help children with their homework, and make sure everything is done to the best of my abilities. I have Bells Palsy, which is a Medical Disorder that causes one side of my face to paralyze if I\'m under too much stress, and with that, I know that I need to be understanding when it comes to listening to children. When I was 16, My face paralyzed for the first time, and I was bullied to the point where I dropped out for a while. It was a hard time. I\'m looking for a job with a family who is understanding of my medical condition, and won\'t put an extreme amount of pressure on me.
