Hi, My name is cherlyn defensor im a 2yrs associate graduate of Information Technology and now working as a secretary for two years , I decided to study as a professional Caregiver as it has a wide range of career opportunities, I took up the evening class of professiona caregiving so that it would not affect my working schedule and now im proud to say that im a working and same time studying.i started taking up the evening class last june 2016 and will end this april 24, 2017.(Hopefully I can get abruptly my NCII certificate)for me to develop and learn more about caregiving I decided my vacant weekend to volunteer as a caregiver in a nursing home with dementia and Alzheimer's cases.(until now im a volunteer)What I have learn in my volunteer is that it give me more insight about my chosen field , the support from the senior nurses has really enhance my experiences and it really developed my skills.(after my class in 24 I will have my tesda assessment) Thank you,
