Hi I\'m Regina and I\'m from the Philippines. I may only have 1 year experience but I can guarantee that I\"m willing to learn and can easily adapt to changes. Before I went her I work as a customer care representative for a USA telecom name T-mobile. We received calls from different type of customer with different personalities, we help them with there issues on there account like making changes on there services, help them understand there bill, troubleshoot there phones etc. We do multitasking, while talking to them we find resolutions to there issues with timely manner, full knowledge and concern. I could say that if i will have this job i will make sure that all needed will be attended in a timely manner, with full knowledge and full concern with tender loving care!
