Hi there, I've been working in childcare and home management for many years and have taken care of all age groups; newborns and beyond. For newborns to toddler, I prepare bottles and make baby food that is age-appropriate. I understand the difficulties of sleep training and potty training. I like to have fun with learning and I don't believe books are just for bedtime. I have great experience with severe allergies and household dietary choices. I maintain open, respectful, honest relationships with parents regarding their child's successes, goals, achievements, and overall status and well being. I think this is key, as you are trusting me and I am trusting you. I am very organized and clean. I know how to cook/ prepare many different types of foods and snacks. My role changes from family to family. I have been a house manager while still caring for the children. I have also worked alongside housekeepers, cooks, and gardeners to help keep a home running smoothly, and I have also worked alone. As a house manager, I take care of the grocery list and/or grocery shopping, cooking, laundry, home organization, making sure closets and drawers are organized, other workers are paid etc. I have been CPR / First Aid and AED Defibrillator Certified for 7 years in a row. I have worked for many years and have seen almost everything. I've been a cook, house manager, a live-in for 3 kids and a live-out helping mom's get ready for baby #2.
