My main responsibilities with them is to prepare their meals, dropping and picking the kids at school/programs/activities, arranging/planning some outdoor and indoor activities, monitor their safety at all times, teaching them regarding good grooming and personal hygiene, motivate them to become independent and doing some light household chores. I have also a two years experienced as a live in nanny to a very good family in Richmond Hill area looking after their one year old girl and five year old boy. Prior in coming and working here in Canada i work as a caregiver in Hong Kong for more than a year taking care and looking after two girls ages two and four. I was also a pre school teacher for three years in my country, the Philippines. As a teacher, i help the children to developed their five aspects in life: intellectual, physical, social, emotional and spiritual. I was also a teacher aid ( volunteer )for special children. I guide the children in their gross motor development, help them to developed their trust and confident and motivate them to interact with other people. And i am a mother to a 10-year old boy and i raised and took care of him since birth.
