Hi Guys, My name is Jocelyn, I am 22 years of age. I consider my self very independent, I really enjoy working with kids. My Auntie runs the STRONG START program and teaches at Sprott Shaw Community College for Early Childhood Development. I someday would like to do something with in this field. I am planning on going to school for the Educational Assistant Course. I am a very responsible, lovable, caring person. I have one of my closest friends who is a mom of a 2 year old girl, another one of my friends just had a baby girl who is now 1 month old. They are married, happy and someday I hope this experience will help with when I have kids one day. I look forward to meeting you. High school, volunteered in the mocha room with Eric who was 15 with special needs. My duties were to be his friend, watch out for him, play games, teach him how to clean, and teach him how to shop at grocery store Summerland, Babysat for Scott and Marie, they\\\'re two little girls, 2 and 4, duties included some nights staying over, preparing breakfast for the girls, cleaning house, preparing lunch, put the girls down for a nap, went for walks, played fun brain games, prepare dinner, run bath and get the girls cleaned up, put the girls to bed after a movie. I have done a lot of babysitting when I was growing up and for my relatives, which include most of the duties listed above. I am planning on attending the Educational Assistant course at Okanagan College here in Penticton as that is my passion. I love kids, I grew up with a huge family, I really enjoyed volunteering for the special needs program where I went to high school, I also enjoyed babysitting.
