Hi everyone, my name is Chrystal and I am first year student at the University of Victoria in the Child and Youth Care program. I have worked with kids in after school care programs, dance programs, and day camps; day camps have definitely been my favourite. I love reading, and drawing and encouraging artistic abilities in children. I love active, imaginative children because we will engage in some awesome story telling. I love to play games and always keep them entertained, as well as integrate educational components into my care. I consider myself to be a spiritual person so art, and nature are important to me. I am a relaxed and responsible person who enjoys children and the things that we can learn from them. I have experience with children from elementary school ages and up in mulitple settings, such as after-school care, dance classes, and day camps.
