Hi, My name is Sara Anne and since I can remember I have been passionate about caring for younger children. Even as a small child there are photos of me changing younger sibling's diapers and playing with the babies/ young children of family friends. For me, child care seemed an obvious fit. I am devoted to offering a safe, positive and nurturing environment for children to grow and learn. I have seen firsthand how difficult it can be to leave your child with someone outside of the family on a daily basis and it is so important that you be assured that whoever cares for your children will treat them with all the love and security that you would, and that is what I strive for. Child care for me isn't just a job, it's a devotion to offering the caliber of care that I would expect if it were my own children. You can always expect fun, educational and the highest quality child care from me. :) Nanny (August 2011-December 2011) During this time period I acted as caregiver for a 5 month old (at start of position) baby boy. I prepared meals, organized play times and activities, help maintain a constant routine in a secure and healthy environment. I was also responsible for some light housework. Mother's Helper(September 2010-June 2011) In this position I assisted with household chores such as laundry, dishes, preparing meals, baking and light cleaning as well as offering entertainment to three children ages 6, 10 and 13. Nanny (August 2010-April 2011) During this time period I acted as caregiver for the family's one year old twin boys (at start of position). I prepared meals, organized play times and activities, help maintain a constant routine in a secure and healthy environment. I was also responsible for some light housework. Nanny (Summer 2007) I spent three months caring for two boys, ages 8 and 12. I planned daily activities, cooked meals and performed household chores. I worked to promote creativity and an active lifestyle for both children, as well as offering interesting and educational entertainment. Nanny (Summer 2007) During this three month period I cared for this family's 13 month old son. My work included full time care Monday to Friday. I offered a safe, enriching environment for the young child to play, learn and develop in. I prepared meals and did light housework, as well as caring for the child.
