Hi. My name is Julia Goodwin. I am currently a full-time student at the University of Calgary, studying Law and Society. I love children, and would love to babysit for you! I have training in first aid, child care, life-guarding as well as child first aid, so you can feel safe with your child/ren under my care. I love the outdoors and getting active and would be sure to always get fresh air with your child/ren; while maintaining that your child/ren are always my first priority. Years of experience help me to constantly maintain control while creating a fun and enjoyable environment for the children under my care. I have experience caring for multiple ages of children, as well as multiple children at once. In the past I have worked as a full-time nanny caring for childern ages: 1yr, 3yrs, 5yrs. During this time I planned daily outings such as: picnics at Prince Island park, Spark, Calgary Zoo, playdates, Devonian Gardens, C-Train joy rides, trips to the library, birthday parties, nature walks, swimming at the pool, Heritage Park, bike rides etc. I love doing crafts and getting outside on adventures around the city with the kids I take care of. With my years of experience caring for multiple childern as well as my organizational skills and extensive first aid knowledge make me very comfortable taking (multiple) young childern out and about the city. I have fun with my job and love to laugh, which I think allows the kids to have an even greater experience. I am looking for employment from mid-April to September.
