Nanny in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan

Hey! My name is Madison I am an energetic young lady whom is seeking a nanny position for the summer, starting May 1st. I will be moving to Moose Jaw at the end of April and I am looking forward to it so much. I absolutely love working with children, they are incredible and can teach me so many wonderful things just as much as I can teach them. I am completing my Early Childhood Education in April 2014 and I have worked with children for over 8 years now. I am patient, loving, bubbly, respectful, and very committed to any children with any abilities. Objective To obtain a position as a nanny/care-giver. Experience Day Camp Director April, 2011-Present I supervised the kindergarten to grade 6 children. I was in charge of planning daily activities for the children and kept them safe while off site. Also, I was in charge of the CIT’s (Counselors in training) and Counselors in my age group. I always had to communicate and make sure everyone was on the same page. I maintained a leadership role with all other leaders and helped them create new ideas and activities for the children. Music Director April, 2012-Present Planned action based music for the children. Taught them the movement and actions to the songs. Maintained an up beat and motivational attitude to their day. Sunday School Teacher (special needs) September, 2006- Present I am in charge of over seeing the special needs at Emmanuel Baptist Church. It is my job to ensure their safety. Babysit (special needs) September, 2006- Present I have been working with the same child with Autism for 5 years now. My duties with her include supervising and helping her with her daily needs. I also watch children with all abilities and plan positive activities to do while with them. Co-op (Full Time) February, 2012- June 26,2012 I have been working in a Learning Center at West Bayfield Elementary School with special needs. My duties with them are assisting in daily work, help them get along with others in the school and problem solve with them. Dance Teacher September, 2007- June, 2008 Taught age’s 3-14 different dance styles including; jazz, ballet, and hip-hop.
