Hey! I am a very outgoing and social person! Being the oldest, I have always taken on a care-giving role. I have been taking care of those younger than me for as long as I can remember! Almost every job I have had has been working with children. The main reason for that: I do not find it a job! I love working with children and find it extremely rewarding. I am in the process of completely my Masters of Teaching, and cannot wait to become a teacher! I am looking forward to meeting you and your family! I am currently doing my Masters of Teaching and have just completed two placements, one in kindergarten and one in grade 5. In the past, I have had an abundance of experience working with children! I have worked in a playroom at a gym since the time I was 15. This experience allowed me to work with children ranging in age from a few weeks to 12 years of age. The gym adhered to proper daycare ratios. This experience made me pretty used to dealing with separation anxiety! I also have worked as a camp counsellor at a soccer camp. Each week I would have a group with 5 to 10 campers ranging in age from 5 to 14. I have also had experience as a summer nanny for three children aged 2, 3, and 6. I loved it, which is why I want to do it again! I have volunteered and worked in classrooms with children in kindergarten to grade 6. I have also tutored these students as well. I have also volunteered to coach soccer for the past few summers. I typically coach houseleague boys and have coached between the ages of 5 and 8.
