Hello there! Why should I be the one to look after your children? As a former preschool teacher I understand the energy needed to take care of a child daily and luckily I have youth and health on my side and patience in my heart! I have experience with all ages of children including special needs so from diaper changing (disposable and reuseable) to homework helping I am ready, willing and able to do. One thing we must always remember is that all work and no play makes jack a dull boy and viceversa so for the older children after an hour of studying and homework I would have constructive playtime organised and for the infants and todlers, learning letters, numbers and colours would be interesting without a creative and understanding way to put it across. As for their health and wellbeing, I am trained to perform cpr and heimlich maneuver and ofcourse no booboo gets well without bandaid kisses! I have been baby sitting children for over 5 years. My duties included (ages 4months-8 years) feeding and preparing meals, changing diapers, assisting with homework, putting children to bed, creating entertainment, getting them up on mornings, bathing them an preparing formulas. As a preschool teacher I taught the children (ages 2-4) Mathematics (Counting and calculating), Social Studies (The surrounding and different textures of terrains and weather changes) Language Arts (colours, how to formulate proper sentences, lessons which incorporate nursery rhymes and the children formulating their own stories and acting them out) and Science (The difference between each body part and the uses).
