Hello! Thank you for taking a moment to consider my profile - I know how stressful it can be when it comes to selecting the right person to care for your children. I\'ve been happily looking after a great variety of wonderful kids since I was a teenager, starting with my own little brother in fact! I\'ve recently moved away from my hometown of Vancouver out here to Montreal to improve my French. I would love to continue looking after kids in any capacity for a few more years before looking into a full time career as a childhood educator. One of my favorite things in the world is watching a child experiment, explore, take on responsibility and aptitudes, and bloom in an environment where they can feel safe. Gracie I have been babysitting from a young age at all times of the day or night - duties included preparation of meals, getting the kids ready for school in the mornings and making sure they are transported there safely, organizing activities on the weekends (walks in the park, reading and writing, arts and crafts), and have supervised chores (making up beds, cleaning up rooms, etc). I have been employed in both short term and long term positions, the longest being a weekend nanny to a toddler for 2 consecutive years.
