Hello! My name is Samantha. I\'m 21 years old and looking for a full time/part time job as a nanny. I currently live at home with my parents, and younger brother. I am a part time student and work full time at The Market on Millsteam. I have wanted to work with children and families for as long as I remember. I am leaning toward the Early Childcare program at Camosun College this fall. I was a babysitter to a young girl from the time she was a new born to the age of seven. I was responsible for feeding, cleaning, playing with, transporting to appointments, etc. Iv worked at George Pringle Memorial Camp for three summers doing everything from kitchen work to a cabin leader and caring for all ages of children. I feel I would make a great asset to your family and children. I\'m easy going, and a quick learner. I\'m respectful, kind, and have a good sense of humour. I have had several years (5 ) of experience babysitting, as well as one summer I was a camp counsellor for a cabin ages 11-14 at George Prince Memorial Camp in Shawnigan lake. I was responsible for making sure the children were up, getting their meals, keeping them entertained, and safe. My job required me to be available 24 hours of the day and to be there for every child whenever they needed me. From the time my neighbours daughter was born until she was about 6 I was the babysitter a few times a week. I did everything from changing diapers, feeding, bathing, entertaining and caring for.
