Nanny in Calgary, Alberta

Working with kids has always been a passion of mine, I truly feel like they are our greatest job! I have a diploma as an Education Assistant. I went back to school after many years in a call centre, hoping to specialize in, and eventually work with children with special needs. I worked for 4 years as a Therapeutic Aide/ Education Asst, working with special needs children, aged 3-6 in a school setting. I had my daughter in Sept, 2017, and decided to use my experience, and passion, to care for children, and also be with my daughter full time. Starting in 2018, I nannied part time for a 4 year old boy, that job lasted 1.5 years until he went off to kindergarten. I’m currently working part time in a dayhome, looking after up to 9 kids at a time, all under the age of 4. I’m looking for something more one on one though. As I mentioned, I have a 4 year old daughter whom comes along with me. She is currently in preschool 2 afternoons a week. I prefer to provide care in my home, but this is negotiable.
