Hello, I am a 27 year old British nanny from Oxford, England. I am currently living in London working for a VIP family. I offer 10 years childcare experience, 5 years working at a nursery and the rest nannying. I have cared for premature babies, multiples and families with many children. I have also provided proxy parenting whilst parents have been travelling and on holiday. Hello, I am a 27 year old British nanny from Oxford. I offer 10 years childcare experience, 5 years working at a nursery and the rest nannying. I have cared for premature babies, multiples and families with many children. I have also provided proxy parenting whilst parents have been travelling and on holiday. My favourite activities to have fun with kids are: making dens, insect exploring, jelly play, glup (water & corn starch flour) water play - sliding down a plastic sheet in the garden with hose and washing up liquid! If you are very precious about your house and want it to look perfect 100% of the time perhaps I am not the nanny you are looking for. If you would like your children to have lots of fun and lasting memories - please read on. (Note: I do always tidy up afterwards!) Most of my best friends also have children so I am pretty much surrounded by kids most of the time - which I love. I am fully Ofsted registered & inspected along with the required documents (nanny insurance, CRB, paediatric first aid, business motor insurance etc). Before moving to London I enjoyed the challenge of being a Scout leader for 7 years in Oxfordshire, and one day hope to volunteer again and achieve my mountain hikers permit. Additionally I am a confident driver with a clean licence and comfortable driving either manual or automatic cars. My approach to caring for children is firm but fair, with a high emphasis on manners and showing consideration for others. I love to spend a lot of time outdoors, however cold or wet the weather. I come from a military background therefore I am used to being clean and tidy and travelling. I have explored most of Europe solo and love to discover different people and their cultures. Whilst in Canada I hope to expand my French language and hope to see lots of snow! I am hoping to apply for the Live In Care Givers programme. This should be a speedy process due to me already having an up to date criminal records check, and having to have regular medicals because I'm registered with the UK education department to provide care for children and also being qualified to give care. The programme would give me a working visa for up to 4 years 3 months.
