Nanny in Ajax, Ontario

Hello Families, I am twenty-four year old, Ontario certified teacher looking for a live in or live out nanny position for the summer months. I have a wide variety of experience with children which includes working in a group home, babysitting, daycare, coaching and practice teaching. Along with taking care of your child/children\'s everyday needs, I am also able to provide a play-based learning environment. This will help to prepare your child/children for the following school year. Once I am informed of the grade(s) they will be going into I can look over the curriculum for that grade and create fun activities to help give them a background on the topics they will be learning. If your child/children are not currently in school I am still able to provide them with a play-based learning environment that helps them meet key developmental stages. All children where in wheelchairs and five out of the nine were on feeding tubes. The children ranged in ages from 7 to 18. I have looked after two boys, both school age in the primary/junior divisions for after school/weekend care. I have looked after two girls, from the infant stage to the school age stage. Care for PA days, date nights, overnight stays, etc... During the younger years diapering and bottle feedings were required. I currently work in a Early Childhood Education center in a toddler classroom. The ratio for this room is one staff member for every five toddlers. Diapering required.
