Hello Everyone My name is Erin, I am a recent graduate of the Cosmetic Management and Techniques course at Sheridan College in Oakville Ontario. I am currently in the Special Effects Prosthetics and Props Course due to Graduate mid August. Before I decided to take these two courses I was taking the Early Childhood Education program. I did not continue with the program because at the time they did not offer PLAY learning. I believe that the power of play learning has a much more positive effect on childhood learning and development. I have many interests such as nature, activities such as sewing, painting, making crafts, musical instruments and swimming. I also really love pets. I have played the flute for 10 years and soccer for 12 years. I can provide a police check as well as I have a valid drivers licence and a vehicle. I am a very outgoing person with a positive personality and very energetic. I am a punctual and honest individual. I have taken one semester of the early childhood education course at Sheridan College. I decided not to continue with it because PLAY learning was not an option at the time. I believe play learning is a very important way for children to be able to learn. In high school I was a TA for a grade 10 Locally Developed English class, and helped with childcare for 3 summers for a family when the children were not at camp. I also had a care giver growing up and helped out around her place in my early teens, and was a senior leader in flute groups.
