Hello! My name is Marilyn, and as you will see when you review my profile, I am qualified to care for your children. In addition to being an Ontario Certified Teacher, I also have completed CPR and first aid training, and have over 5 years of experience working with children from the ages of 7 to 17 in different capacities. I am a very calm and organized individual who enjoys being active and living a healthy life style. As an Ontario Certified Teacher, I have a range of different work, volunteer, and practicum experience with children. Prior to teachers college, I worked for Tutor Doctor for 2 years, tutoring students from grade 2 to grade 12. I have also volunteered in many different classrooms, from kindergarten to grade 12. Presently, I am working at a before and afterschool program with a range of 15 to 25 children in the classroom at any time. We are required to plan creative, scientific and active activities each week for the students. I also supply teach during the day.
