Hello! I am a recent university graduate who has moved to the West Coast from Ottawa with my boyfriend. I have never lived in Kamloops before and am looking forward to getting to know the city and the community. I have extensive experience working with young children and I find it a fun and rewarding job. I will be attending school part-time over the winter and spring acquiring a graduate certificate in child and youth mental health. I am hoping to find full-time work in Kamloops as I am saving money to fund my schooling. I love working with families and I know that finding reliable and flexible childcare can be difficult, so I hope to provide a great service! I have worked with children aged 3 - 15. The majority of my experience is working with young school age children in small groups. In a less formal setting, I have been responsible for the care of young children aged 1 - 4. This experience was usually babysitting or watching friend's or family's young children.
