Hello, i'am a young early childhood educator who likes to see children learn best through their minds. I do not believ you should force any type of theme or interest on a child. A child learns best when learning about things of their interest and that is where I would take charge when I see the interest in the child and we would grow from there with play. Children really make my day, they make me smile. I have completed three work placements while completing my ECE one in a day care setting which had toddlers to preschool age children, one at a part time pre school, and the last at a day camp with school age children. when completed I worked one year at a preschool where I had my own group of children everyday. Duties I took care of were, taking the children outside,preparing daily activities, I had up to eight children each day
