Nanny in Calgary, Alberta

Hello! I am looking for occasional work during the summer. During the school year I work as a full time dance teacher. I work at Evolutions School of Dance and at Soul Connexion- where I am the head of the ballet department. I hold my Cecchetti Ballet teaching certification as well as my BA in Dance. I have been teaching dance for 10 years and teach ages 2-adult. I received my training at the School of Alberta ballet where I was lucky to study early childhood pedagogy with Barbara Liesk. Additionally, I used to work summer jobs with the City of Calgary at Park and Play programs and have taught at the Wildflower Arts Center. More recently I have worked with a company called Beat it Dance in which I was a dance instructor. I would work 1-2 week residencies in elementary-high schools teaching VERY large groups of kids! This year I am taking on the dance teacher role at Cranston Elementary school, which I am very excited for.
