Hello, My name is Lana and I am an Early Childhood Educator. I work at Dufferin Peel Catholic District School Board and teach Kindergarten. I am also in Ryerson University online to obtain my BA in Early Childhood Studies, in hopes to teaching higher grades. I love children and have over 8 years experience working with them. I have worked with all age groups from infancy to grade 8. I have also worked with special needs children verbal and non verbal. I strongly believe that play is an asset for children to learn as well as being exposed to their outdoor environment. I feel that I have a lot of experience to bring and very excited to keep learning! I have worked with every age group, I teach Kindergarten as well as have day care experience. I have a classroom of 25 children that I attend to. I am responsible for integrating plans according to the children's interests, maintain a safe environment, and strongly believe in Play is a learning process.
