Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

We have three kids (Luke 6, Tommy 9, Emily 11). They all go to the same school (it is located across the street from our house). The kids are normal great outgoing kids that are involved in Hockey, soccer, baseball, tennis, dance, volleyball, etc. My wife and I both work. I am Real Estate developer and my wife is a physician. Her schedule is not flexible. However, I am able to have a bit more flexibility. I coach both the boys in hockey and baseball and try to partake in school events when i can. I get the kids up in the morning, make lunches and get them to school. Sometimes my wife will have a day off during the week and she takes the kids to school. We have had the same great Nanny for the past 3 years. Her schedule is to arrive at 10:30 or 11am. Tidy up a bit and put in a load of laundry. She then figures out her day, shops for groceries if needed, organizes playdates, etc. She walks over and picks up all three kids at 3:20pm. In a perfect world she would already have dinner sorted out by the time the kids get home and be into playing with the kids or would drive them to their activities/sports (we can provide a car). When possible, we like the kids to eat before 6pm. My wife and I are back home by 6;30 pm. As you see, the main focus of the job is running a household (shopping, daily laundry and dinner). However, the ideal candidate would love playing games, going to the park and being engaged with the kids. We do have a separate cleaning lady that come once a week.
