Nanny Job in Coquitlam, British Columbia

Hi! We are looking for a relaxed, friendly and fun nanny/childcare giver/baby sitter for our three girls aged 4, 6 and 18 months. We are looking for someone who will enjoy interacting with the kids and be a part of their growing lives - not just a person there to merely watch them. Duties: * Play and interact with the kids * Reading, painting, drawing * Trips to the local park, library, playgroup, beach, bike rides & bush walks * Maintaining and enforcing our family's values and standards in respect to discipline, morals, safety and manners Time Commitments: Our schedules mean we cannot offer a consistent weekly number of hours. This is a casual/as required job. However, you will know well in advance - a month or more - of our schedule and what hours will be required. Qualities You Must Have: * Non-Smoker * Your own car - one that is reliable and able to accommodate 2 car seats in the back * Your own cell phone as we do not have a home landline * English speaker - French an asset as one of the kids is in French Immersion * We are looking for a female nanny * Be able to provide a current criminal record check * Must be able to provide references - we will be contacting them. * Be super reliable and punctual * Be physically capable of chasing our kids in the park, long walks pushing the stroller, climbing stairs carrying kids etc.. The eldest is at school and the middle child is sometimes at pre-school. You would not have all 3 kids at the same time for most of the day. A short drive - 4 minutes or so - down to and from school would be required at times. We live very close by to school. We do shift work and most of our shifts are 7am to 3pm and our work is in Port Moody.
