I am a safe and extremely clean individual looking for some work while I wait for my job, working with children diagnosed with autism, to re-open. Hello, my name is Jayme. I am a 26 year old women who loves to work with children. When I was growing up I always knew I wanted to work with and help kids. Throughout my teen years I took courses in order to gain more information and to achieve my goals. When I was 12 I completed the YMCA baby sitters course. I also took the LIT and CIT programs through the YMCA. These programs are for people who are interested in becoming a camp councilor. In high school I took courses like family work, parenting, home economics and more. I also took a few ECE courses through a double credit program in high school. Once I graduated I decided to go back to school to become a CYC (child and youth worker.) I have around 7 years of experience working with children. I used to baby sit for multiple families who's children ranged from 6 mouths to 7 years. My experience has taught me how to work with more then one child at time. When babysitting I have looked after up to 3 children at once and on occasion more when their friends came over. I have also worked inside a group home and have gained a verity of skills from my time there. Now I am a certified RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) and work with children diagnosed with autism.
