I have certification in cookery and experience preparing and menu planning nutritious foods as I currently work in a psychiatric hospital where that is one of my main focuses. Being from the Caribbean Island of Antigua & Barbuda I come from a big family where I have a lot of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews all of whom I have had a hand in raising.
