This past spring and summer I was the Integration Coordinator in the GTA for the YMCA supervising over 11 camps in Durham & York Region working with and supporting staff as my speciality is children with disabilities and children with exceptional behaviours. I am a University student who has been a Camp Counsellor with the YMCA for the past 4 years and have been a Behavioural Specialist for a 250 kids camp! I have worked for Boys & Girls Club of Durham. I have been a soccer Referee for 3 years and have been a babysitter when I was younger. I am fun, passionate personable person who has a happy, energetic soul. I am known as "The Child Whisperer" around my camp as I have an amazing report with my campers and staff as I am all about an exciting adventure with lots of love and fun surrounded by the main ideal of mutual respect for I the counsellor and my campers and the relationship between us so that the overall picture is a beautiful fun experience for everyone at camp or whoever I meet in my life.
