It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Louise Hough. Louise was our Au Pair from May, 2015, until November 2016. She was a wonderful Au Pair and we miss her dearly. Louise has truly become part of our family and we have deeply benefited from her stay with us. Louise is a natural caretaker and wonderful with children. She spent hours playing with our 3 and 5 year old daughters. She incorporated a lot of learning into their play, and it has really helped our oldest prepare for Kindergarten. Louise is also very patient and disciplines in a very positive way. The children love and respect her. Louise was absolutely wonderful with our new baby. When Louise arrived, we were not expecting to have a third child. Louise has made the transition to three children so much easier. She has shown extra affection to the older girls and is fantastic with the baby. She is so kind and gentle and just seems to have a knack for infant care. I feel that my children were very safe when I left them with Louise. Louise is honest and trustworthy. She was a lovely addition to our household. She is very tidy and constantly goes above and beyond to help with household organization and cleaning. She also offered to cook many meals for us, which we really appreciated! We always loved it when she joined us for family meals. Louise makes friends easily and we have enjoyed all the friends she has made while living in Seattle. She has done well in school which has included a lot of art and cooking classes. She is very artistic and that was definitely an advantage for our children.
